Beach theme parties in the summer are lots of fun, and get everyone in a holiday mood.

• Invitations - bright and cheerful, either featuring some of your summery crafts or using beach theme pics.
• Decoration - lots of brightly coloured flowers, shells, flip flops, etc. If you can have the party outside, so much the better!
• Crafts - a beach theme party is great for summery jewelry like shell pendants, as well as for launching summer clothing or accessories. Try displaying your crafts on beach towels, or using pieces of driftwood.
• Food - serve Pimms and lemonade or colorful cocktails, with light snacks.
• Music - any happy, summery music is good, e.g. the Beach Boys! Nothing melacholy or heavy.
